From time to time the platform may prompt you to regenerate your training plan.
This will happen for instance when you have made certain changes (eg new B-race, changes in training settings, manual changes to your weekly training plan, etc.).
In such cases the platform will suggest to regenerate your training plan in order to optimise the plan taking these new elements into account.
If you are flexible then it is indeed best to regenerate the training plan.
If however you do NOT want to have any changes to your existing weekly plan, eg because you have managed your personal agenda to execute the planned workouts (eg long runs) on the scheduled days then do not regenerate until you have flexibility in your agenda again.
