We do this by calculating their sleep quality through by tracking these 5 parameters in Garmin:
1. HRV
2. Duration
3. Deep seep
4. REM sleep
5. Number of times you woke up
Based on this summary, we suggest adjusting or even skipping your training session.
Understanding recovery is essential for long-term progress and injury prevention.
