We look into both quantitative (pace, duration, elevation, distance, heart rate, etc.) as well as qualitative data (feeling, perceveid effort).
After every training session, we will process your feedback to continuously adjust your training plan based on how you're doing.
We're always curious to know:
1. How did you feel during your workout?
2. How hard would you rate your effort during the workout?
3. How would you rate your current injury status?
When we put it all together we can make the right adjustments to your training plan.
