You can easily plan an additional workout by following these steps:
- Select Week Planning drop-down item under Training in the menu-bar
- Click “+” sign on day you want to plan a workout
- Describe workout by completing “Name” and “Description” and select a Workout from the Menu. Your selection of workouts may be limited to those appropriate for your training phase.
The remainder of your immediate next sessions in your weekly calendar will remain intact. If you want to, you can manually regenerate the planning for the next days/weeks.
