You can easily block a day in your Weekly Planning:
- Select Week Planning drop-down item under Training in the menu-bar
- Click “x” sign on day you are not available to do a workout
- Complete details and press “Create Blocked Day”

If you want to block your calendar for a specific day on a recurring basis then you can do so by following these steps:
- Click on your name.
- Select “Training Settings” from the menu
- Press ‘Change your default week days”
- Put availability off on relevant day
- Press Save
