You can easily pre-define your availability per day of the week by following these steps:
- Click on your name.
- Select “Training Settings” from the menu
- Press ‘Change your default week days”
- Put availability on/off on relevant day
- Switch availability for long runs on or off
- Optionally – add time availability limit by adding limit in minutes
- Press Save
Attention: For other sports (bike, swim, etc.) the on/off setting functions as a request to plan a workout on this weekdsay (opposed to as athlete being available for workout on this day).
