You can easily move a session from one day to another by following these steps:
- Select Week Planning drop-down item under Training in the menu-bar
- Click on the training session you want to move
- Select ‘cut’ from the Menu Bar
- Click on the day where you want to perform the workout
The remainder of your immediate next sessions in your weekly calendar will remain intact.
If you want to, you can manually regenerate the planning for the next days/weeks.
