How often should you practice nutrition?
Well, hear out coach Karel:
“I used to not eat enough during my training runs.
Technically speaking, 95% of your training sessions you can finish without eating. But it’s not helpful to become fitter (it drains more energy to train without calories, making it longer to recover from a training session, and lowering your possible training load).
It’s also best to take almost any training session as a moment to train your gut and routines. That way you always feel when you’re supposed to eat and your gut is used to eating while running.”
