Through Strava we know everything about your workout, by tracking your recovery data (resting heart rate, sleep, stress, HRV) we know how well you recover, and through your WhatsApp feedback we know how you feel.
When we combine these data we know exactly when you train too much, train too little, start to
get injured, and even when you skip a workout.
