- How much training you can handle (through Strava training history)
- Your training compliance and your recovery data (resting heart rate, sleep, stress, HRV)
- How fit you currently are (through Strava training history and, optionally, lab tests)
- Your injury risk (through your injury history)
- Your training environment (flat vs hilly)
All of these combined help us design and adjust the right plan for you.
