Sometimes life can be so overwhelming that you decide it’s not even worth it to go for your run.
If I can’t do my training plan perfectly, then I might as well not run at all. It’s a form of perfectionism that gets you stuck.
Because going out 2 or 3 times a week for 1h makes a huge difference compared to not going at all.
Even runs as short as 15minutes make a genuine difference to retain your form and will do miracles for your mental health.
So, be gentle on yourself, and allow yourself to do what you can. Your future self will be grateful for it.
