We rolled out the extended workout compliance to enjoy nature and speed work and have more fun in the training process.

It's better to run on trails than roads. Therefore on some endurance workouts, you will see the trail score check.
In the screenshot, you see that my extended compliance score was only 8 out of 100 for this endurance run. My trail score was a meager 2,83. -
Vo2max workouts or fartlek runs allow you to play with your speed. We will calculate a speedwork score based on the specifics of the workout.(structured like in a vo2max or unstructured like in a fartlek run)
One of our testers did a speedwork session last week; his first series of 10x 45 seconds was almost perfect, but then in the second series, he lost some speed, so he reached 68% of the extended workout compliance, which was a good result for this hard session.
