that are sustainable and keep you injury free.
We also know that each runner has unique preferences and challenges which is why you can
choose between different coaches.
Each coach has their own specific philosophy that builds on the UTC DNA of sustained growth
and love for running:
- Coach Karel for those who are crunched for time and love weekly interval sessions.
- Coach Xavier for runners who love to add other sports in the mix.
- Coach Amélie for our runners who want to train according to their menstrual cycle.
