Going through the night for the first time can be scary.
So, we wanted to share some things you can do to turn night running from scary to fun:
1. Try to pinpoint what you’re actually afraid of
Many fears, when you look closer at them, start to look silly instead of more scary.
2. Buddy up with someone (positive 😅!), even if you don’t know them.
Stressing again here: “Someone positive!”
3. Enjoy the magic of running at night
Few things beat the magical stillness of the night. It’s a joy to move your body through mountains and forests while everything else is asleep.
4. Embrace the sense of adventure you get from moving through the night
Lean into that fear and do it anyway!
And before you know it, you’ll be sad to see the sun rise again ;).
