After every workout we will ask you a question with respect to your injury status: "On a scale from 0 to 10, how would you assess your current injury status?"
When you respond with a score of 3 or higher, we will reduce the volume of your scheduled training sessions and we will recommend you to see a specialist in order to get the most appropriate prehab and rehab exercises to prevent your pain to turn into a chronic injury.
Sometime an athlete inadvertently reports the wrong figure after a training.
Should this happen and you are not suffering from injury, you can go to the UltraTrailCoaching platform and ignore the volume reduction adjustment.
This option is available under the menu item 'Training Injuries'.
