Yes.
Workouts in other sports, when Included, will be added to your overall training load and will influence your training schedule.
For cycling there are a number of low intensity workouts that you can schedule manually in your weekly plan - and hence these will automatically be considered planned workouts.
HOWEVER
Any unplanned activity in other sports discipline may in the current development have an adverse impact on training schedule as it will be considered non-compliant due to not respecting planned recovery between running workouts. I therefore often advise athletes to NOT register activities in other sports disciplines (in Strava/UTC) if they wish to keep their form optimisation based on running activities only.
