Level 5: >4:30
Level 4: 3:45 to 4:30
Level 3: 3:15 to 3:45
Level 2: 2:45 to 3:15
Level 1: 2:20 to 2:45
We would expect marathon runners to be able to run up to 6 hours per week in high-volume weeks.
