Re-synchronisation with Garmin

Q: How can i resynchronise to Garmin after having made changes to the Weekly Calendar?

R: Normally this goes automatically.
Should this however not be the case then do a regeneration of the planning, this will force also a new syncrhonisation with Garmin Connect.

Obviously you will also need to resynchronise your watch to obtain the changes from Garmin Connect in your sports watch also.
